The FAIR Plan is not responsible for any processing errors caused by the providing of incorrect information. The insured may be charged a $28 service fee if the payment can not be processed due to incorrect information.

Direct Debit to Checking or Savings Account

By using the FAIR Plan online payment system the insured is authorizing the FAIR Plan to directly debit their checking or savings account for the requested payment amount. The insured will be charged a $28 NSF fee for any payments that are returned to the FAIR Plan due to lack of available funds.
